Alan has an established record of success in ultra-prime transactions, closing multiple deals over HKD $100 million. Career highlights include the sale of prestigious residences such as Grenville House and May Tower II in Mid-Levels, the largest penthouse transaction in the Peak at 8 Peak Road in 2022, and the largest second-hand sale in Shouson Hill in 2024. His expertise also extends to leasing, where he completed both sales and leases at 8 Peak Road, including the rental of a 4,500 sq. ft. residence.
In the leasing market, Alan works closely with leading landlords including The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (owners of The Repulse Bay), Eton Properties, and Nan Fung Group. His long-term relationships, consistent performance, and ability to match the right tenants with the right homes have earned him the trust of both landlords and expatriate families.
Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Economics) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and completed an exchange program at Nanjing University, enhancing his perspective on the wider Chinese market.
